1. Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order? To maintain our high standards of quality and affordability, we ship directly from our specialized fulfillment centers in China. Please allow 10–12 business days for your perfume to arrive.
How can I track my package? Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website (or via global tracking carriers) to see exactly where your scent is in its journey.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we focus on delivering to our core markets to ensure the most reliable shipping times. Please check the checkout page to see if we currently ship to your specific location.

Why is CouCou Toi so much more affordable than boutique brands? We operate as a direct-to-consumer brand. By sourcing directly from top-tier manufacturers in China and skipping the traditional "middleman" (expensive retail storefronts and celebrity endorsements), we can offer luxury-grade fragrances at a fraction of the cost.
Are your perfumes long-lasting? Yes! Quality is our priority. We work closely with our partners to ensure our scents have the depth and longevity you would expect from a premium fragrance.
3. Orders & Payments
Can I change or cancel my order? Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request a change or cancellation. After this period, your order has likely entered the fulfillment process.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and secure digital payment methods like PayPal.
4. Returns & Support
What if I don't like the scent? Fragrance is deeply personal. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Refund Policy. We generally offer a return window for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
My bottle arrived damaged. What should I do? We’re so sorry! While we package our perfumes securely, accidents can happen during transit. Please take a photo of the damaged item and contact us at ayanalikhan3705@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can send a replacement immediately.
