Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing CouCou Toi. We are committed to delivering our curated fragrances to you with the highest level of care. Because we source our perfumes directly from our specialized manufacturing partners in China to ensure both quality and affordability, our shipping process is designed for efficiency and transparency.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been verified and prepared for shipment. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Time
To provide you with the best possible pricing, we ship directly from our international fulfillment center.

While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be impacted by external factors such as customs processing or peak seasonal demand.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking link will allow you to monitor your package's journey from our partner facility right to your doorstep. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the link.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
CouCou Toi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, our streamlined direct-shipping model is designed to minimize these occurrences for standard personal orders.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact our support team immediately at ayanalikhan3705@gmail.com with photos of the package so we can arrange a replacement or solution for you.
