Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of luxury fragrances, we maintain a strict yet fair return policy to ensure every customer receives a pristine, untouched bottle.

Returns:

• We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery.

• Returns are only accepted for unopened bottles in their original luxury packaging (including the red satin box).

• If the seal is broken, we cannot accept a return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
